Dr. Cherry just finished an intensive 2 hour dental surgery on me to repair damage done by another dentist. I am very impressed by Dr. Cherry's skills, professionalism, caring nature and efficiency. Dr. Cherry successfully accomplished a difficult surgery with precision and ease, all the while making me feel comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Cherry i don't feel disfigured anymore and i will be able to successfully eat again. I am very thankful and grateful John Day FINALLY has a skilled ,professional,dentist that is motivated by helping every person he can. may your days be filled with smiles, i know mine will be now, thanks to Dr. Cherry
Dr . Cherry is a good dentist , he also did very well with my 5 year old son with nitrous so I'll give HIM that much but the lady out front is not the smartest tool in the shed ..in ja uary I said I was gunna take my 3 year old to bend to get care for problems she is having with a top front tooth ..the lady at the front desk told me in a snotty attitude that I could not go anywhere without a referral ..now the time is coming at the end of February to get they're teeth cleaned and my wife's took them in and she was told that she waited to long to get it fixed and that we needed to take her to a dr. Post in sisters ..the lady at the front desk is now saying she will not send a referral to dr. Post but she will try to see what we can do ...or we can wait till the end of march when Dr . Post comes here ...get rid of that front desk lady she does not belong there ...I will be going and spending money out of pocket to get her looked at by someone else wherever I please to take her ..with or with your damned referral ...
Nice people but this dentist office doesn't even supply you with nitrous oxide for the patients that have anxiety around the dentist. I have been going there for Almost a year and they still do not have nitrous oxide I find that very odd. I must move on to a new dentist that actually considers they're patients feelings.
After prolonging a trip to the dentist for months, Dr. Cherry and his staff got me in for multiple emergency visits on very short notice.
